“Camere ampie e pulite. Comodo parcheggio. Piccola colazione ma gradita. Staff gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima vicino all'ingresso del parco. Purtroppo non ci sono ristoranti nei dintorni, occorre andare fino a Carlsbad. ”

“The young man at check in was the best. He was very nice and helpful. After check in while first being in my room the TV would not change channels. I walked down to the front desk and asked him about it and he immediately offered to come to my room to fix the problem. He unplugged and replugged a cable from the cable system of the tv and fixed it like nothing. I do recommend your have staff fix the cable problem. “The rooms were good and clean. The mirror was a bit foggy looking.
The hallway coming to my room was dirty looking or maybe those were just stains everywhere.
The lobby was nice and clean. The girl at check in was very nice. The morning crew was also very nice. They all said hello.
What I loved the most about the staff was the fact they were never on their phones and they engaged with everyone. Not the breakfast girl. She wasn't very nice. Everyone else was great. ”
